• Will my name or card be linked to what I do online?
  No. If you pay by card, your details stay with us. We don't pass anything to the service provider, and we don't log or monitor your browsing.
• Do I need to know what a VPN is?
  No. You don't need to know any technical terms. We handle the setup and give you simple setup instructions. Or we'll do it with you.

• Couldn't I just pay a VPN provider directly?
  If you know how to set it up securely and anonymously, by all means! We have found that most people either don't know what a VPN is, which VPN to choose from, or how to set one up so that their privacy is kept and browsing history remains with them alone. That's where we can help.
